Portuguese Ceramic Dinnerware

We are offering both this traditional and modern hand painted Portuguese ceramic dinnerware from the small Portuguese company of Conimbriga Ceramic. The designs are reproductions of the classic designs of the XVth and XVIIth century depicting the fauna and animals of the area. Each piece is hand painted and signed by the artist.

Portuguese Ceramic Dinnerware

This beautiful dinnerware is made in Portugal by Estrela de Conimbriga. Portuguese pottery is one of the classic ceramic art forms and has been made and decorated by skilled potters and artists for centuries. The local countryside, birdlife and animals are recreated in almost miniature but detailed scenes.

The classic blue and white ceramic pottery dinnerware of the 17th century is represented plus the same design but in multiple colors.

Our 15th century Portuguese dinnerware depicts in exhilarating art the animal and birds in a mythical motif.

Two versions of Passaros Amarelos (Yellow Bird) are available (with or without an internal border).

Grinalda and Faisao offer a stunning combination of birds, butterflies, and flowers.
