Tax Details

For all customer living within the European Union VAT at 20.0%  will be added. 

Customers are responsible for paying their own import tax on receipt of the product. We use International Parcel Post and FedEx and in a percentage of cases duty is not collected, whilst certain countries also have a threshold under which duty is not liable. We advise you to check the cost with your local tax authorities before ordering. 



Payment Policy Details                       


 All our prices are in US dollars, purchases made from non US countries are converted into your own currency by the credit card company. We have added a facility to compare every price in the currency of your choice


We accept major credit cards which are processed securely.

Whilst we make every endeavor to state prices accurately we will not process an order where there is an obvious and significant price error. Where the discrepancy is minimal we will honor the best price. 

When do you charge my credit card

 We charge your credit card when the product is available for on shipping. For wedding lists only we process the full amount on order placement.

Breakages during shipping


 In the event of a shipping breakage we will replace the items, but please retain the damaged goods and package so that our insurance company can assess.



Cancellations  and Return Details

You may cancel your order in writing at any time, prior to shipping.

 Goods may be returned  within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price. The goods must be returned to us unused, in good condition and in the original packaging to the address specified within 7 days.

No items may be returned without our prior agreement. Please contact us by Email or phone for agreement and return address, this can vary depending on the product. All we would ask is that if you are not sure of a pattern or color then order a small amount (5 piece setting) rather than a large amount.

Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure swift delivery we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by shipping agents or Customs (who are liable to increase security measure and delays outside our control).
